This shampoo bar is full of nourishing oils such as olive, coconut, castor, avocado, and sweet almond as well as shea and cocoa butters.  Rub directly on wet hair or rub on hands and then on hair and rinse.  This is packaged in an organza bag so there are no containers to dispose of or recycle.  Stand to dry after use.
